Cholesterol Screening
Cholesterol screenings are offered by appointment throughout the year. The full lipid profile requires a 12-hour fast (water and medications only) and includes total cholesterol, HDL, LDL and triglycerides.

Heart Health
For people without cardiac disease but who have risk factors such as high cholesterol, overweight and hypertension. Exercise and education program helps people reduce risk for cardiovascular
disease. Get individualized exercise programs and guidelines for making healthy lifestyle changes. RN, EP supervise. Doctor referral required.
Monday-Saturday. Mills Health Center, Peninsula Medical Center. Fee.

Relaxation Sampler
Sample a variety of proven tension relievers. Great for anyone who wants to stress less.
Wednesdays, 3-4:30 p.m. Fee.
1st and 3rd, Garden Room, Mills Health Center.
2nd and 4th, El Camino Room, Peninsula Medical Center.
No class 5th Wednesdays.


All Heart University
For anyone with known heart disease or risk factors. Learn to manage symptoms, adopt healthy habits. Brownbag lunch optional, dress comfortably.
Registration required. Fee.
