The adult inpatient program is offered in an 18-bed, secured nursing unit with common dining and day activity rooms. Because socialization is an important part of treatment, most rooms accommodate two patients. Adolescents are cared for in a separate, 10-bed secured unit. It is the only secured inpatient program for adolescents in San Mateo County.

Patients participate in a comprehensive treatment program tailored to their specific needs. Our goal is to help each person advance to the least intensive level of care and greater independence.
